Returns & Refunds Policy
At Tiles of Ringwood, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes plans change or products aren’t quite right — which is why we’ve made our returns process as straightforward as possible.
Please read the information below to understand how returns and refunds work for our online shop.
Returning Your Order
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your order to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return, your items must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In their original packaging
- In a resaleable condition
We cannot accept returns on goods that have been used, installed, cut, or altered in any way.
Before sending anything back, please contact our team at sales@tilesofringwood.uk or call 01425 478769 to let us know about your return and get confirmation of the process.

All returns should be sent to our warehouse at:

Please note:
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a reputable courier service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Restocking Charge
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned goods.
This fee covers the cost of handling, inspecting, and restocking items — which is standard practice within the tile and building materials industry due to the weight and fragility of our products.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we’ll notify you by email.
Refunds will only be issued if the returned goods are in perfect, resaleable condition.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Please note: delivery charges are non-refundable, unless your items were received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can put things right as quickly as possible.
We may ask for photographic evidence to help us assess the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund — at no additional cost to you.
Items We Can’t Accept for Return
We’re unable to accept returns on the following unless the item is faulty:
- Adhesives, grouts, and sealants that have been opened or used
- Clearance or special-order items
- Products damaged after delivery due to incorrect handling, installation, or storage
